What to do if something is wrong with your order.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or is missing something, email team@nordwellness.is within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. Once we confirm the issue, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items.

Returns

Because our products are sealed research materials, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened. For any other return request, contact us before sending anything back.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it ships by emailing us. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically if payment is not received.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent by Interac e-Transfer to the email address on your order.
