How do I pay?

We accept Interac e-Transfer. After you place your order, you’ll get an email with the payment details. Your order ships once payment is received.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and ship from within Canada with tracking.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $20 and Express is $30. Orders of $250 or more ship free.

Do pack discounts and coupon codes combine?

No. Pack discounts (8% on 3, 15% on 5, 25% on 10) apply automatically. If you enter a coupon code, it replaces the pack discount rather than adding to it.

Something arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Email team@nordwellness.is within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
